**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Weekend Housekeeping Lead to oversee and coordinate the housekeeping operations during weekends. The ideal candidate will ensure that all resident rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless resident experience.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures
- Inspect resident rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle any resident or family concerns or complaints related to housekeeping
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations

**Work Schedule:**
This position is for weekends, with flexibility required to work additional hours as needed during peak times or to cover for absences.
