Overview

As our Medical Surgical Nurse Immanuel Hospital,  you’ll excel in your nursing career by providing care to patients admitted to our unit. Most of your patients are funneled in from other units providing you with the opportunity to build on your education and experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical services, and emergency.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to devise and implement individualized care plans for patients..Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy and imagingEducate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits, while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.
Qualifications

We are offering a $25,000 signon bonus and up to $10,000 in student loan repayment assistance to new hires who meet the following criteria. 

What You’ll Need

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our stateGraduate of an accredited nursing programBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hireSpecialty certification may be required after hire
