Fulton Commons Care Center is immediately hiring a 

Weekend RN Supervisor 

Up to $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus!

Pay Range: $48.00 – $62.00 per hour

Per Diem; 11:00pm - 7:00am shift

East Meadow, NY

 

Position Overview:  to promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; direct and develop staff; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families

RN Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

Administer nursing care to residents Establish resident treatment plans and care plans Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate resident medical records Provide emotional support to residents and their family members

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

Must possess a current NY state RN license in good standing Familiarity with NYS DOH regulations and guidelines Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

RN Requirements Include:

Current NYS RN Licensure. Minimum of 1-year of experience in a long term care facility Minimum of 1-year of experience in a supervisory role ER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
