Weekend Warrior CNA- Every Other Weekend

CNAs looking for Every Other weekend work (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) from 7a-9p. Guarantee Offered 30 hours every other week during those times. The caregiver is responsible for providing care for home care clients as needed during their assigned availability Schedule. We have clients in three territories you can choose from.

Compensation

1) Base Pay for Weekend Warrior Float Specialist Position: $22.00/hour

2) You may still earn Short-Shift Premium pay for 1 and 2 hour shifts: (up to $30.00/hour)

3) Weekly Hours guarantee: With 42 hours of weekend availability (F, S, S) every other week, we will guarantee you are offered 20 hours of work minimum on those weekends.

4)Outside of this specific position, you are welcome to pick up clients during the week as well, as you wish and are available.

The Float specialist will be expected to go to all assigned shifts in any location within BrightStar territory including the BrightStar Office if needed. This is a crucial role for our business to maintain quality coverage for our clients. CNAs in this role are often identified as our top performers and not only provide high quality and dependable care for our clients, but also compassionate and friendly customer service to our clients, nursing and office staff. All employees in this role must be fully prepared to provide all types of care, including but not limited to:

CompanionshipTransportationPersonal Cares (toileting, bathing,etc.)TransfersHoyer Lifts/EZ StandsNurse Delegated Tasksand stand-by assists as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GEDCNA CertificationValid Driver's Licenseat least 1 year of care-giving experienceCPR certification (preferred but we do offer classes)
