**Job Description :** **Sobre el puesto:** + Envío de informes de pesaje para el control del proceso de báscula. + Control de citas mediante análisis de datos. + Auditoría diaria de PO en el sistema SAP Vs APP de báscula. + Auditoría de documentación del CRT presentada por el proveedor y reporte de anomalías como filtro en el sistema del área. + Informe diario de entrada-salida e inventario inicial de agave presentado a la junta directiva, equipo de planificación y agave Intake. + Informe de pesaje de residuos y control de manifiestos, requerido por la alta dirección y el área de medio ambiente. + Control y digitalización de documentación y archivo muerto. + Envío de información al call center para citas de descarga. + Aseguramiento de comunicación eficiente en la trazabilidad del agave entre el equipo de seguridad corporativa, planeación y agavera. + Comunicación cercana entre auditores, área de call center y líderes de equipo. + Representación principal del área de báscula en reuniones de maduración, residuos, producción y proyectos que involucren SAP o INDEX. + Liberación de pasaporte de agave para la descarga en destilería y aseguramiento de cero anomalías en sistema CRT (EXTRANET). + Seguimiento de anomalías con pasaportes de agave con el equipo de jimas y áreas involucradas. **Experiencia requerida / Habilidades / Capacidades / Idiomas:** · Proactividad. · Análisis y registro de datos. · Solución de problemas. · Conocimiento básico de paquetería Office. · Conocimientos de SAP de preferencia.
