Summary:
The Welcome Center Concierge acts as the first point of contact, dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression. This role includes supporting the reception area, conference room operations, and building operations.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee the Welcome Center, maintaining daily interactions with internal and external customers, vendors, and colleagues. Screens incoming phone calls and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or location. Handles and resolves routine inquiries. Manages the receipt and distribution of mail, packages, and other deliveries.

Manages conference room operations, including scheduling, providing conference room support/maintenance during events and meetings, and ensuring proper setup and cleanup of the rooms.

Acts as the liaison for building operations, handling the receipt and reporting of maintenance issues.

Collaborate with the on-site Security Officer.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

Five years of customer service experience.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Exhibits good judgment, resourcefulness, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Maintains confidentiality.

Familiar with audiovisual technology or willing to learn.

Handles difficult situations and people diplomatically, consistently maintaining integrity.
