Roles and Responsibilities
Manage site-level badging policies and procedures to include visitor management, reciprocity agreements, contractor badging, and related regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support for employees, visitors, and contractors.Collaborate with site leaders, executive administrators, human resources, and other key stakeholders for badging and access requests.Supervise the daily operations of the Welcome Center and manage the unionized security workforce of 5 personnel.Handling of grievances, time and attendance, payroll, employee relations for the Welcome Center employees.Safeguard sensitive data and Personal Identifiable Information within regulatory requirements and GE Aerospace policies.Maintain accurate records and generate reports for leadership to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Assist the Plant Protection Leadership Team with special projects, initiatives, and other Evendale Plant guest functions.Train employees and visitors on the use of required security systems.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college (or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of professional or military experience.)Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security clearanceDesired Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills.
