AdventHealth Senior Care is looking for a Welcome Coordinator to be responsible for delivering outstanding experiences and high-touch assistance for our members. The Welcome Coordinator builds individual relationships with our members to ensure they are happy with their experience. The primary responsibilities of the Welcome Coordinator center around greeting members, scheduling appointments and updating medical records. The Welcome Coordinator is also responsible for management of the community center activities. The Welcome Coordinator will be the first impression we make on our members and play an important role in AdventHealth Senior Care’s team-based care approach
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Welcoming patients and conducting check-in with required forms.
· Maintains an effective operational flow by communicating member status to appropriate team members and keeping patient apprised.
· Updating patient information and making changes in electronic medical record platform.
· Scheduling appointments within electronic medical records platform.
· Requesting medical records, routing documents to clinical team members for review and uploading documents into electronic medical record platform.
· Assisting new patients with paperwork.
· Assisting with community room events.
· Actively participate in daily team huddles.
· Helps enroll members into portal and assists with other tech related needs.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - External
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :
· High School Degree
Preferred qualifications:
· Experience with guest relations or hospitality
