Position Summary The transportation to the properties is an important service touch point in the customer journey. Welcome Hosts are the first touch point with GEG brand and services and they are an important custodian of the brand standards and should consider themselves empowered to take all reasonable actions to preserve the “Moment of Truth” for customer service delivery. They monitor the smoothness of traffic and customer queueing operation at bus stations/depot and take instant measures to rectify any irregularities happened, and need to conduct good coordination between bus drivers, station masters and cleaners such that those outsourced contractors are being notified about our company's service standard. In accordance to GEG Asian Heart standard, Welcome Host has to perform consistent service and enhance operation efficiently, hence delivering the best service to our prestigious guests at outposts, bus depot or any designated traffic staging area within GEG premises.Primary Responsibility 1. Maintain the traffic smoothness and passenger queueing for all routes at the Galaxy Macau/ StarWorld Hotel bus depot and outstations. 2. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid 5-Star Asian Heart service and all other aspects of customer service. 3. Invite and attract guests at the frontend to visit GEG properties as their first destination. 4. Greet and acknowledge guests constantly. 5. Be able to direct guests to GEG shuttle bus stations 6. Assist all customer's shuttle bus boarding. 7. Introduce to customers our casino promotions in all entry points and are required to answer questions about promotions from customers in a clear and concise manner. 8. Counting and Input the passengers numbers into PDA system 9. Control queue in boarding stations and offer priority boarding for our selected GPC card tier holders. 10. Well coordinate with drivers and station masters for ensuring the shuttle services are delivered in a timely manner. 11. Well coordinate with cleaners for ensuring the bus condition is up to standard. 12. Check precisely the collected bus and tour bus information at the Galaxy Macau bus depot. 13. Maintain orderly appearance and cleanness of front-end equipment and applies at all pick up points/terminals and counter. 14. Report any work being undertaken with regards to the status of our hardware to the Supervisors. 15. Have detailed knowledge of Galaxy Macau’s products and services and keeping up to date. 16. Communicate customer requests to management. 17. Maintain well grooming standard during on duty 18. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by any Manager or to carry out any other duties which are reasonably deemed to be consistent with the demands and responsibilities for this role. 19. Record guest personally information at station, ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all guest info and data, both hard copy and electronic.Requirements 1. Form 3 graduate or above. 2. Experience in Hospitality industry. 3. Good English and moderate Putonghua preferred. 4. Good interpersonal skills. 5. Independent, responsible and self-motivated. 6. Ability to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
