Job DescriptionFor its field of competence: Underbody, Upper body or Master Plant FactoryFor each project for which they are responsible: determines the architecture of the welding processAction is impacting directly TC for the vehicle project for its perimeter:Operates on a global perimeter for welding shops, but also for JV and partnership plants, on processes and also on products, taking into account industrial constraints.Analyzes industrial launch assumptions and product definitionsDevelops process or master plan for projects and Bodyshop objectives, respecting the sector's benchmarks Proposes product-process optimizations to partners.The activity covers all projects in advance of phase, explorations, and life series developments that strongly impact the process.Guaranties the best possible process or master plan offer from Welding Engineering Department to customer.Decision perimeter concerns the feasibility of the product/process, the master plan of body shops and the quantification of industrial investments.Analyze initial industrial assumptions of the Strategic Plan and Product hypothesis.Catch product data's and analyze their impact on body shops.Check the compatibility of industrial assumptions with existing process.Offer product optimizations.Pilot Product robustness management.Propose to copy product solutions easy to industrialize.Propose product/process simplifications.Enforce technical referential.Program process solutions quote via BMF.Do lobbying to apply Technical Referential solutions in “min plateau”.Guaranty convergence of Investment and TC.Promote carry over and re-use solutions.Realize cost of AVP solutions, workers, investments, surfaces.Work on re-used solutions.Animate Process Reviews with partners.Monitor and update master plans.Check the application by the project teams of the validated scenario.Follow the sustainability of the center’s serial life evolution for the introduction of future vehicles.Update master plan with serial life evolutions.Participate in the evolution of Technical Referential.Provide project feedback with EXE: analyze with the domain managers the 3D process studies.Propose argumentative developments of the RT.

Qualifications

5-7 years of related experience required for this position.
