**Welder - 1st Shift - $23/hr** **_Call 330 224 1231 to set up an interview!_** **Job Description** Candidates will be responsible for the welding of large mixing machines for the tire industry. Will be welding using TIG, MIG, and FLUXCORE. Will work off of blueprints to ensure that the product meets customer specifications. Will be utilizing an overhead crane to move the large material for assembly. Responsibilities include fitting and fabrication, as well as assisting in painting material prior to assembling the machines. This position is within a Union Environment. **Shift Description:** + 1st Shift - 6:00am - 3:30pm **Hard Skills** + Own tools, basic hand and power tools up to an inch + MIG Welding on steel + TIG Welding on steel + Flux Core knowledge + Overhead crane operation **Soft Skills** + Ability to listen and comprehend instructions **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Hudson, Ohio. **Work Environment** This is a heavy industrial environment that is a Union Shop. It resembles a mechanic shop with some grease on the floors.
