TIG Welder Essential Duties and Responsibilities : + Operate hand-welding equipment to join metal components, or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products + Ability to read work orders, blueprints, instructions, formulas, and/or processing charts to ensure precise and accurate welding in agreement with the customer’s design specifications + Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances. + Communicate and problem solve with others in a reasonable and professional manner and work effectively in a team environment + Maintain and keep welding equipment in good working order - free of debris and perform proper maintenance + Maintain clean equipment, tools, and work area + Follow established safety procedures and work safely all day + Follow all relative ISO 9000 procedures + Record an accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports TIG Welder Knowledge/Education: + Minimum of one year of welding/fabrication experience with certification in MIG/TIG welding.
