We are seeking a Welder to become an integral part of our team! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

Responsibilities:

Manufacture and fabricate finished metal productsInstall and repair various equipment and componentsCalculate material measurements to verify specificationsConduct tests to evaluate weld quality and toleranceFlexibility with overtimeInterpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.Maintain and repair all machinery.Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fieldsA minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a welder, is desired. Experience with carbon arc welding is required. Familiarity with welding tools and procedures, specifically stick welding and carbon arc weld.Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematicsMust be a US Citizen according to ITAR regulationsExcellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual toolsOutstanding attention to detail.
