**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Welder (MIG or TIG) | 1st or 2nd shift | $18-$23/hour | Salem, OH - Perform MIG OR TIG welding on Aluminum or Steel - Engage in production welding and some fab shop welding - Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges - Set up welding machines based on job and welding procedure specifications - Fit products to blueprint specifications **Hard Skills** + MIG or TIG welding + Blueprint interpretation + Structural Steel or Aluminum experience **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Salem, Ohio. **Work Environment** 1st shift (7a - 4:30p) M-F | 2nd shift (4:30p - 1:30a) M-F VERY nice facility and equipment, that is clean, organized, and safe **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
