Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat MIG Welders for projects located in and around the Milwaukee, WI area. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Precision Welding on Various Heavy Gauge Steel Projects, including Fuel Tanks, Trailers, Large Generator Enclosures, and Modular Metal EnclosuresSteel and Aluminum WeldingGMAW/MIG Welding,Troubleshoot and Problem SolveWelding i-beam frame and fuel tanks in flat/vertical overhead positions Clamp, hold, tack weld, grind, or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding positionSecure workpieces using hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines, or hand toolsInspect products/ equipment for defects/ malfunctionsOther tasks as assigned Requirements Proficient in Steel and Aluminum WeldingAccurate Reading of Measurement Devices such as Tape MeasureAble to Read, Interpret BlueprintsCommitted to Safety, Quality, and ProductivityDetail OrientedAdept in the Latest Welding TechniquesAble to Work both Independently and as Part of a TeamFlexibility to Work any HoursAble to Pass Welding Test(s)Able to Pass Drug Screen and Background CheckMust be able to pass a competency test and math test working with fractions Must be highly motivated, able to communicate and work well with others, pay attention to details, and have a strong drive to succeedStandard PPE Company DetailsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
