**Job Description** As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for welding pipes, flanges, fittings, pumps, and other irrigation equipment. You will be expected to read blueprints and work with jigs and fixtures as needed. You may also need to lay out parts and perform some fabrication tasks. The role involves working in a fabrication shop and yard environment, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It is advisable to wear layers or keep extra clothing in your vehicle for varying temperatures. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with limited overtime and no weekends. You will be working in a family-oriented environment with about 20-25 employees.
