**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** + Work with a leader in metal goods manufacturing + Operate and maintain robotic welding systems, ensuring efficient and precise welding processes to meet production goals and quality standards + Normal shift hours are from Monday through Thursday with OT if needed + Set up and operation of automatic MIG welding equipment and robotic MIG welding equipment + Operate robotic welder by loading parts into cell machine and unloading finished parts into racks or baskets + Operate press control buttons + Conduct quality checks periodically by inserting the finished product onto gages to inspect the specifications **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Clinton, Tennessee. **Work Environment** Employees enjoy a positive and clean work environment where they don't feel like just a number. There is no forced overtime, but there are always opportunities for additional hours.
