**Job Title: Tig Welder | 1st shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Welder for the 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) with a pay range of $20-$23/hr in Canton, OH. This role focuses primarily on MIG welding on structural steel, stainless steel, and sheet metal, with minor TIG welding tasks. Training is available for TIG welding. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and using hand and power tools such as grinders and saws. Additionally, you will operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed. **Hard Skills** + MIG and TIG welding + Blueprint reading + Setting up welding equipment + Operating hand and power tools + Operating overhead cranes and forklifts **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Adaptability + Ability to follow safety protocols **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Canton, Ohio. **Work Environment** The work environment is safe, clean, and well-lit.
