Heidelberg Materials is seeking a responsible, safe, and dependable Welder to join our local team. In this position you will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repair work on all site mechanical equipment.

What We Are Looking ForValid interprovincial or Red Seal Level A WelderExperience working in a heavy industrial / manufacturing environment.Experience with arc welding (SMAW), wire feed welding (GMAW)Fabrication experience would be an assetExperience with process equipment would be and asset (i.e. jaw crusher, cone crushers, screens, etc.)Must have proven safety record and history of being a team playerStrong written and oral communication skillsRequires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy loads, sometimes 75+ lbs.Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditionsRequires lifting, kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing and pulling, working at elevated heights, at times in tight and awkward positions.
