**Welder** **Paying $22 / HR - $25 / HR** **Location - Boring, OR** **Responsibilities:** + Weld and fabricate dump truck beds. + MIG welding with GMAW .035 and .045 hard wire. + Read blueprints and fabricate parts. + Plasma/oxyacetylene cutting, grinding steel, and preparing for welding. **Qualifications:** + Ideally someone with at least 1 year of welding or schooling. + Must be comfortable in an industrial manufacturing environment. + Preferred experience working in metals manufacturing deburring and grinding metal. **Environment/ Shift:** + Family owned fab shop with a small team. + Very good shop culture where people work closely with one another. + Day shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm. Must be available from 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday when running overtime. **Employee Value Proposition (EVP):** + Medical & dental. + 3% 401k match. + 1 week PTO after 1 year.
