**Job Title: Welder with Tig and Mig | $20-$23/hr | Canton** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder (TIG) for a 1st shift position from 7 am to 3:30 pm, offering a competitive hourly rate. The role involves performing TIG welding, fitting, and fabrication on structural steel and sheet metal, with occasional MIG welding. You will follow blueprints to weld and fabricate parts, using torches, saws, grinders, and overhead cranes as needed. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding, fitting, and fabrication on structural steel and sheet metal. + Conduct minor MIG welding tasks as required. + Follow blueprints to accurately weld and fabricate parts. + Utilize tools such as torches, saws, and grinders. + Operate an overhead crane as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in MIG and TIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with structural steel and sheet metal. + Skilled in the use of welding tools and equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in sheet metal work. + Familiarity with assembly and fabrication processes. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with 4/10 hour shifts, allowing for a full weekend.
