**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Welder with expertise in MIG, Flux Core, and TIG welding. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to read blueprints and pass non-destructive testing of pressure-retaining welds on both pipes and vessels. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work from drawings or sketches to determine weld size, location, and process. The candidate will also be responsible for inspecting their own work to ensure compliance with drawings and weld procedures, making necessary repairs, and completing appropriate documentation. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG, Flux Core, and TIG welding + Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects + Pass non-destructive testing of pressure-retaining welds on pipes and vessels + Determine weld size, location, and process from drawings/sketches + Inspect own work to ensure compliance with drawings and weld procedures, making necessary repairs + Assist with incoming parts inspection and final product inspection, completing appropriate documentation + Operate fork trucks, jib cranes, and overhead cranes + Complete daily weld log documentation + Comply with company policies + Handle and move materials as needed + Assist in other areas of the plant as assigned **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in MIG and Flux Core welding + 3+ years of blueprint reading experience + 2+ years of TIG welding experience + Ability to pass non-destructive testing of pressure-retaining welds + Proficient in working from drawings/sketches to determine weld size, location, and process + Experience with SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding processes **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to weld all vessels and structural components + Experience with CCC certified procedures and code certifications (API, AWS, ANSI) + Knowledge of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and various nickel-based alloys **Why Work Here?** We offer a tool reimbursement program of $250, a retention bonus of $1000, and generous vacation benefits.
