**Mig Welder - 1st and 2nd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder for our 2nd shift to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with pulse welding, MIG welding, and robotic welding using ABB equipment. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a dedicated work cell with access to cranes for all lifts. Each product has detailed job instructions and prints, with quality checks built into the production process. **Responsibilities** + Perform pulse welding (wire feed) operations. + Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions. + Conduct quality checks as part of the production process. + Operate robotic welding machines, specifically ABB. + Utilize cranes for all necessary lifts within the work cell. + Use grinders and other tools as required. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of welding experience or a technical degree in welding. + 6+ months of experience in reading blueprints. + Proficiency in MIG welding and pulse welding techniques. + Experience with robotic welding, specifically ABB equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met. + Ability to work independently in a dedicated work cell. + Comfortable using cranes for lifting operations. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and skilled team in a large, clean, and well-organized facility. There are a total of 500 employees working within this very clean facility.
