Welders 1st and 3rd shifts available! Key Responsibilities: + Lay out and assemble trailer components according to specific blueprints. + Perform MIG welding and some TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum. + Customize trailer bodies to meet individual order specifications. + Utilize measuring tools such as rulers, tape measures, and various gauges to ensure precision. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately to complete tasks. Requirements: + MIG welding experience (Welding degree or equivalent working experience). + Proficiency in reading and working from blueprints. + Ability to use measuring tools and confirm measurements down to 1/16th of an inch. + Good overall work history and mechanical/measuring skills. + Strong interview performance and a desire to continue a career in welding. Preferred Qualifications: + Entry-level candidates with welding education or some welding experience. + Candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
