Job Title: Welder (3G Certified)

Location: Youngstown, Ohio

Position Type: Full-Time, All Shifts

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour (Higher pay possible based on test performance)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced welder with 3G certification to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform 3G welding on various materials and projects. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete assignments accurately. Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards. Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

Valid 3G welding certification. Proven experience in welding roles, with expertise in 3G welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship. Flexibility to work on various shifts as required. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
