**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled welders to join our team. Candidates will be expected to MIG weld steel racking and material handling equipment, typically using fixtures. Entry-level candidates will primarily perform fixture welding and finishing, while more experienced welders will fabricate from prints and use common shop equipment. Some overhead hoist work will be required. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on steel racking and material handling equipment. + Carry out fixture welding and finishing tasks, especially for entry-level welders. + Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate components. + Utilize common shop equipment such as saws, drill presses, fixtures, and shear/press machines. + Operate overhead hoists when necessary. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding, especially .035 hardwire welding on mild steel. + Ability to perform hardwire welding in flat and bench positions. + Experience with fixture welding and open setup/open layout from print. + Blueprint reading skills. + Fitting and fabrication abilities. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a well-lit and open shop with first shift hours and optional overtime.
