**Now hiring Welders (Stick, Mig, Flux) in Sand Springs, OK for PM/Night shift** **Pay:** Based on experience, $24 - 30 an hour **Responsibilities** + Cut, fit, and tack weld all parts of heat exchangers, vessels, and towers. + Pass a weld qualification for each process. + Read prints for both required specifications as well as dimensions. + Weld within the parameters of a WPS/PQR. + Be proficient in the arc gouging process. + Be self-motivated and highly productive, requiring minimal supervision. + Efficiently execute plans to complete jobs on time within the hours given. + Work well with others to achieve company goals. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years’ experience welding pressure vessels or heat exchanger components. + Extensive knowledge of welding with SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW & SAW thermal processes. + Ability to pass a weld qualification for each process. + Ability to read prints for specifications and dimensions. + Proficiency in arc gouging process. + Self-motivated and highly productive. + Ability to work well with others. **Work Environment** + Heavy manufacturing environment. + The shop runs 24/7 with various shift options. + 6pm - 6am + Must be comfortable working 50-70 hours a week. **Paid weekly & benefits available** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
