**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced welders with a strong work history to join our team. This position operates Monday through Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with potential for longer days and occasional Saturdays based on customer demand. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MIG, TIG, and wire feed welding with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The candidate must also have the ability to read blueprints, maintain good attendance, and possess a safety and continuous improvement mindset. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG, TIG, and wire feed welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. + Read and interpret blueprints related to welding projects. + Ensure fixtures, jigs, and work holdings are properly used and maintained. + Adhere to safety standards and protocols. + Maintain excellent attendance records. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing process enhancements. **Essential Skills** + 2-5 years of welding experience. + Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and wire feed welding. + Strong knowledge of blueprint reading specific to the welding industry. + Experience with fixture, jig, and work holding techniques. + Welding certification and a 2-year welding degree are a plus. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Local candidates only. + Solid work history with no frequent job changes. + Ability to pass a welding test with personal protective equipment (helmet, leathers, gloves). + Great attendance record. + Ability to identify and propose process improvements. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values top talent and provides opportunities for continuous improvement.
