**Job Description** + We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team + The successful candidate will report directly to the Welding Supervisor and Plant Manager, working closely with them to fulfill job duties and responsibilities + This role involves working with a team of 10 welders in the final assembly department, fabricating pieces together from machined or cut-to-size parts + The majority of the welding will be horizontal TIG welding, with occasional MIG welding + Perform TIG welding, primarily horizontal welds, with some welding in multiple positions. + Engage in 95% TIG welding and 5% MIG welding tasks + Use hand tools, including angle grinders and sanders, to finish rough edges on stainless steel or aluminum + Operate additional equipment such as tube benders, drill presses, and saws to create necessary parts + Read and interpret blueprints specific to each job for short-run production or single jobs. **Shifts** Openings on all shifts **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
