Adept at cutting, joining, and welding metals and other materials with precision, ensuring all components meet rigorous standards. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, utilizing hand tools, and operating welding and grinding equipment. Responsibilities: Cut, join, and assemble metals and materials; verify and document receipts of incoming materials, goods, and services.Read blueprints, take measurements, and plan layout and procedures for welding projects.Select and set up welding equipment and methods based on specifications; use hand tools for assembly.Prepare parts for welding with angle grinders, align components using calipers and rulers, and clamp pieces.Perform welding in various positions, repair machinery, and inspect welded surfaces for flaws. Qualifications and Requirements: High School diploma or trade completionMinimum 6 months Welding experience – preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or machine shop environment.Ability to read and interpret drawings.Able to lift 50lbsAble to stand for long periods Benefits and Perks: $14.00-$20.00 HourlyMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:A trusted leader in metal assembly for commercial and defense industries, operating two advanced facilities spanning 240,000 sq. ft. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
