**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated and skilled welders for our 2nd shift. This position involves MIG welding, including flat, uphill, and downhill welding. Candidates will be required to pass a weld test, followed by a short interview. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level individuals right TCAT as well as skilled welders.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding tasks including flat, uphill, and downhill welding.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to complete welding projects accurately.
+ Conduct flux core welding as needed.
+ Participate in a weld test and a short interview process.
+ Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with flux core welding.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Entry level candidates welcome, including recent graduates.
+ Experienced welders can expect competitive pay rates.
+ Ability to pass a weld test.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is clean and relaxed, although it is not climate controlled. The 2nd shift hours are from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The foreman is available Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for weld tests, with flexibility around lunchtime.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
