Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Welder will be performing MIG welding, layout, tacking, fabrication, and building functions in the manufacture of various products in accordance with product specifications. This role requires the ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions to complete necessary tasks. Knowledge of welding safety procedures and the willingness to use provided PPEs are essential. This is a job shop environment, and all products are designed to order.

We offer 3 weeks of PTO right when hired on, benefits, and 401K match. Employees enjoy 8 sick days and reimbursement for shoes and safety glasses. We provide a relatively flexible work/life balance and have great tenure, having turned over only 3 employees since the plant manager started over a year ago.
Work Environment
This position is based in a welding and fabrication shop with 20 welding bays. Each welder will get their own booth/station.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00
