**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for projects located in **Milwaukee, WI** . This is a second shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$20-26/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Welding IBeam frame and fuel tanks in flat/vertical overhead positions + Working with sheet metal thickness in a range from 10 gauge up to inch + Clamp, hold, tack weld, grind and/or bolt component parts + Secure work pieces using hoists, cranes, wire and bending machines or hand tools + Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions **Requirements** + Must have full welding PPE + Must be able to read measuring devices such as tape measure + Must be able to read blueprints + GMAW MIG/MAG experience preferred + Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solved + Must be able to pass a competency test and physical including a drug screening + Must be able to pass a math test working with fractions **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
