**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Candidates will be cross-trained into multiple fabrication spots including TIG/MIG welding, laser welding, and robotic welding. The primary focus will be on TIG welding on sheet metal. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding on sheet metal. + Operate MIG welding equipment. + Use laser welding and robotic welding machines. + Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication projects. + Maintain production quality and efficiency in welding tasks. + Participate in cross-training to handle various fabrication tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in TIG welding. + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + Knowledge of fabrication and production processes. + Experience in laser welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with robotic welding machines. + Welding experience from school or home. **Why Work Here?** We foster a strong team culture and offer the opportunity to cross-train in multiple areas.
