**Job Title: Welder - Arc and Gas Welding Specialist** **Responsibilities** + Perform arc and gas welding on various metals and their alloys. + Work on commercial and military fabrications involving critical safety and load requirements. + Plan, layout, and execute diversified fabrication work. + Determine proper machine settings, gas, and filler selections for specific base metal and process applications. + Operate ring roller and associated equipment as required. + Work from specifications, drawings, prints, and welding symbols. + Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor in the same salary grade or below. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of prior welding experience. + Technical degree in welding. + Vocational or high school education or equivalent. + On-the-job training to learn trade techniques and procedures. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $24.42 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
