**Job Title: Welder - Weekly Pay - Four Day Work Week!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding a wide range of materials, from light tacking to heavy flat, up weld, and overhead welding. You will ensure that all welds meet product specifications and quality standards. This role involves working with blueprints to measure and position metal components for the welding operation and operating a variety of power tools and equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding operations including light tacking, heavy flat, up weld, and overhead welding. + Verify welds to ensure they meet product specifications and quality standards. + Work with blueprints to measure and position metal components accurately for welding. + Operate a wide range of power tools, including saws, grinders, drills, welders, overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts. + Comply with company safety policies and maintain a clean and orderly work area. + Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least **6 months** of welding experience. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a 4-day work week!
