**Mig Welders Wanted**
**Pay Rate: $23/HR. to $32/HR.**
**Job Description**
As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing MIG welding, layout, tacking, fabrication, and building functions in the manufacture of various products according to product specifications. You will read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions to perform necessary tasks. Knowledge of welding safety procedures and willingness to use provided personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding.
+ Layout, tack, fabricate, and build products as per specifications.
+ Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions.
+ Follow welding safety procedures and use PPE provided.
+ Complete other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Knowledge of welding safety procedures.
+ Proficiency in using tape measures.
+ Understanding of shop math.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Welding degree or equivalent experience.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a welding and fabrication shop with 20 welding bays. Each welder will have their own booth/station.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00
