Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding a wide range of materials, from light tacking to heavy flat, up weld, and overhead welding. You will ensure that all welds meet product specifications and quality standards. This role involves working with blueprints to measure and position metal components for the welding operation and operating a variety of power tools and equipment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform welding operations including light tacking, heavy flat, up weld, and overhead welding.Verify welds to ensure they meet product specifications and quality standards.Work with blueprints to measure and position metal components accurately for welding.Operate a wide range of power tools, including saws, grinders, drills, welders, overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts.Comply with company safety policies and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 6 months of welding experience.Why Work Here?
Enjoy a 4-day work week! Additionally, you may qualify for a $1500 bonus once hired on permanently. While on contract, there are four performance review periods, each offering the possibility of a pay raise.
Work Environment
You will work in a large production facility with openings on all three shifts: 3x12 shift (6am-6pm, Thursday-Saturday or Monday-Wednesday), and Monday-Thursday (with occasional Fridays) from 6am-6pm.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
