Our client, a local manufacturing organization with a long, established history, is looking for a skilled welder to join our team. The welder will create high-quality products using various welding processes, delivering tailored solutions to our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt to changing job orders and manage competing priorities effectively.

ResponsibilitiesWeld products using various welding processes, ensuring high-quality results.Operate all tools used in the welding process, maintaining and performing minor repairs as needed.Read and interpret shop drawings and job travelers accurately.Make decisions, take initiative, and solve problems with minimal guidance.Adapt to changing production schedules and priorities with a positive attitude.Manage competing priorities effectively with excellent time management skills.Pay close attention to detail and commit to producing high-quality work.Essential SkillsExperience with TIG welding aluminum.Proven experience as a welder in a custom manufacturing setting.Proficiency in operating all tools used in welding and ability to perform minor repairs.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and job travelers.Decision-making skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.Adaptability to changing production schedules and priorities.Excellent time management skills.Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.Additional Skills & QualificationsProven track record in custom manufacturing settings.Experience with a variety of welding processes.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract position based out of Tukwila, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
