Job DescriptionPerform MIG welding tasks in various positions such as vertical up, vertical down, horizontal, and overhead.Layout, position, and secure plasma and cut parts using a straightedge.Read and interpret CAD drawings to understand project specifications.Ensure all welding work meets the required standards and specifications.Handle materials and equipment safely, adhering to all safety guidelines.Additional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Work Environment

Our facility is temperature-controlled with music playing over speakers throughout the shift. We provide all necessary PPE and tools, including work gloves, protective glasses, and hearing protection. Steel toes are required and must be provided by the employee. The facility is clean, organized, and recently updated with new restrooms, office spaces, and a paved parking lot. The shift is from 7:00am to 3:30pm with little to no overtime currently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00
