**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a proficient MIG Welder to join our team. This role involves loading parts onto a jig and welding them together, primarily for farm crop sprayers and various other customer projects. This is a 1st shift position from 6am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, with two paid 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. **Responsibilities** + Load parts onto a jig and weld them together using MIG welding techniques + Perform welding tasks on mild steel + Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and other measuring devices + Ensure high-quality welds with attention to detail + Read blueprints when necessary + Maintain a clean and organized work area **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding + Ability to use tape measure and other measuring devices + Attention to detail + Good communication skills + Positive attitude **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
