**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced welders with 2-3 years of welding experience. The primary responsibilities include performing MIG and TIG welding, with the ability to read blueprints. Candidates will be tested on specific welding skills including TIG on 1/16 thick stainless steel and galvanized, and MIG on 3/16 thick galvanized and quarter-inch aluminum. **Responsibilities** + Use appropriate safety equipment in a welding environment. + Account for time on specific work orders and manage payroll system paperwork. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Safely operate powered hand tools. + Perform torch operations. + Demonstrate the ability to MIG weld in all positions. + Operate horizontal and vertical saw equipment. + Understand machine and area maintenance. + Effectively operate pipe cutting and threading equipment. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of welding experience. + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with using powered hand tools. + Training in torch operations. + Ability to weld in all positions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with horizontal and vertical saw equipment. + Knowledge of machine and area maintenance. + Experience with pipe cutting and threading equipment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where you can grow your skills and advance your career.
