**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in a job shop environment where all products are designed to order. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform MIG welding, layout, tacking, fabrication, and building functions in the manufacture of various products in accordance with product specifications. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding. + Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions to carry out necessary tasks. + Ensure adherence to welding safety procedures and use provided PPEs. + Complete other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read blueprints and project plans. + Knowledge of welding safety procedures. + Experience with layout, tacking, and fabrication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding degree or equivalent experience. + Familiarity with shop math and tape measure usage. **Why Work Here?** We offer 3 weeks of PTO right when you are hired, along with benefits and a 401K match. Each welder has their own booth/station to ensure a productive and organized workspace. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
