**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team for a temporary project lasting 4 to 6 months in Sparks, NV. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to project specifications. + Ensure all welds meet high-quality standards. + Perform dual-shield welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding as required. + Measure and cut materials with accuracy. + Read and interpret blueprints and drawings. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of experience in welding. + Proficiency in dual-shield welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. + Ability to measure with accuracy. + Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings. + Must possess own welding helmet. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Owning additional welding tools is a plus. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Why Work Here?** This is a guaranteed project for 4 to 6 months with a higher market rate, providing a great opportunity to showcase your welding skills while advancing your career. $28 to $35 an hour DOE **Work Environment** Loud machine shop with a blue-collar environment.
