**MIG/TIG Welder – Weekly Pay - $28/HR** **Job Description:** We are seeking experienced MIG/TIG Welders to join our team. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Overtime is available when order volume is high, which may include longer days and occasional Saturdays to meet customer demands. **Location:** Harlan, IA **Compensation:** + $22-$28 per hour **Responsibilities:** + Perform MIG, TIG, and wire feed welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Maintain high standards of safety and continuous improvement. + Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Local candidates only: We are not considering candidates who require relocation. + Work history: Candidates should have stable work history with no frequent job changes (minimum two years per position). + Experience: 2-5 years of welding experience required.
