**Job Title: MIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our team. This role involves production welding that is not super fast-paced, focusing on a variety of specialist products, including parts for the agriculture industry and treadmills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding tasks for production purposes
+ Work on a variety of specialist products including agricultural equipment and treadmill parts
+ Interpret and work from blueprints
+ Ensure high-quality welds and fabrication
+ Participate in a basic MIG weld test as part of the hiring process
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding
+ Proficiency in welding and fabrication
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Experience in a production environment
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus
+ Flexibility to work overtime and weekends

**Work Environment**
This position is based in a manufacturing environment where we produce a range of specialist products, including treadmill parts. The shift hours are 3:30pm-2:00am, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays as overtime days. Candidates must be open to working six days a week.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWTON, Kansas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00
