**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator HIRING IMMEDIATELY $26/HOUR TO 30/HOUR** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This role involves welding on mild steel using .035 hard wire and FCAW with .045 wire, reading blueprints, and fabricating parts. The position requires operating an overhead crane to position parts accurately. Current openings are on the swing shift with regular hours from 3:45 pm to 2:15 am, Monday through Thursday. Training will be conducted on the day shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Availability for overtime is also required. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding on mild steel using .035 hard wire and FCAW with .045 wire. + Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts. + Operate an overhead crane to position parts accurately. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in MIG welding. + Experience with FCAW welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Fabrication skills. + Experience operating an overhead crane. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a smaller shop environment with a family feel.
