WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Level B Welder. Responsibilities: The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary by site. + Performs repairs and maintenance on front and read load, and roll-off containers, cuts/weld repairs to vehicle floors, bodies, packing blades, rails, fabrication. + Grinds metal parts after welding + Weld steel and aluminum components using Mig, Tig and arc welding equipment. + Bends steel components using a break ad shear. + Cuts steel using a plasma cutter or torch. + Fabricates steel components on trucks and containers. + Installs lids and wheels on containers. + Paints repaired and/or new containers. + Performs on-site repairs at customer locations. + Follows all safety policies and procedures. + Completes required paperwork. + Performs other job-related duties as assigned. + Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management. Physical Requirements: The following physical activities or abilities are commonly, but not always, associated with the performance of this position. The actual requirements of this position will vary. + Lift, carry and push/pull at least 75 pounds. + Climb into and out of equipment. Experience, Education, Certification: Required: + One year welding experience. + Use of computers to update assigned work orders.
