We are hiring due to growth within the data/technology industry, with the demand increasing due to work-from-home and online retail. The Welding position requires experience with TIG, MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum metals. The role involves performing straight and plug welds to fabricate frames and shelving to customer specifications. Must have experience welding and reading blueprints. + Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum metals. + Execute straight and plug welds to fabricate frames and shelving according to customer specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Engage in assembly processes. + Perform grinding, sanding, and deburring tasks to ensure high-quality finishes. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including personal toolboxes and PPE. + Experience with MIG welding. + Proficiency in welding stainless steel. + Ability to perform lap joints, tee joints, and butt joints. + Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Experience with grinding, sanding, deburring, and fabrication. + Experience with assembly processes. + Attention to detail and precision in welding tasks. **Why Work Here?:** We encourage overtime Monday through Friday and promote from within for lead assembler and management roles.
