**Job Title: MIG Welder- WEEKLY PAY** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform MIG welding, layout, tacking, fabrication, and building functions in the manufacture of various products in accordance with product specifications. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding. + Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions to execute necessary tasks. + Follow welding safety procedures and use provided personal protective equipment (PPE). + Complete other duties as assigned in a job shop environment where all products are designed to order. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Knowledge of shop math. + Experience with tape measure and blueprint reading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding degree or equivalent experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer 3 weeks of PTO right upon hiring, benefits with 401K match, and 8 sick days. Each welder gets their own booth/station. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Prior Lake, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
